Booking and scheduling
How do I get a quote?
Call us any time at (847) 555-0142 or fill out the quote form. Photos of the areas you want cleaned help us give you an accurate price quickly. Quotes are free.
When can you come out?
We'll offer you the first available day with good weather. Washing is scheduled in daylight.
What happens if it rains?
Light rain after a wash isn't a problem. Heavy rain or storms on the day mean we'll reschedule with you, at no charge.
Can you wash in winter?
Soft washing needs temperatures above freezing so water and solution don't freeze on surfaces. In the Chicago suburbs that means the season runs roughly spring through late fall, with some mild winter days.
On the day
Do I need to be home?
No. We need access to every side of the house and a working outdoor spigot. We'll send you an update when the job is done.
Do you use my water?
Yes, we connect to an outdoor spigot. The amount used is similar to watering a lawn for a short time.
What should I do before you arrive?
Close windows, move cars away from the house, bring in pets and move patio furniture, grills and toys away from the walls if you can. We'll handle the rest.
Will the solution hurt my plants, pets or lawn?
We soak plants and lawn before we start and rinse them again when we finish. Please keep pets inside until surfaces are dry.

How much does soft washing cost?
